Ok well I promised if any issues stemmed up surrounding the HBK vs Rock issue I would post them. Sounds like some of us were right about the match not happening but as the old wrestling saying goes never say never:
HBK confirmed what had previously been reported ? that his request for a match with Rock at WrestleMania was denied ? in an interview with IGN: “I had mentioned me and Rock because wrestling fans haven’t seen it, but he’s not interested in doing that.”
As has been reported, Rock’s rationale for not wrestling HBK is two-fold. In addition to still holding the fact that he was mistreated upon entering WWE against Michaels, he also does not believe HBK was a big enough star to sell the match as a dream showdown.

TALOFA LAVA! I watched Dwayne Johnson during the Attitude Era and I became a huge fan. One of my favorite matches is when he wrestles Mankind in an empty area for the WWF Champion belt. Even though he lost it was one of the funniest and creative matches ever. From being a wrestler to an actor his story inspires me because he is the result that with hard work anything is possible. He had many setbacks in his life but he strives and perseveres in achieving his goals. I am a huge fan because he stays true to himself and a very humble person. I love the fact that he represents his cultures and being Samoan he shows the respect, faith, and pride of our people. Overall, Dwayne is unstoppable and will inspire future generations to come.
