Finally the moment we have all been waiting for. Today I checked my postal mail and I received a letter from Dwayne Johnson written by him from the foundation thanking us for the donations from the Dwayne Johnson Birthday Project 2007! A small amount of confusion though, the envelope is addressed to me with my name but the letter says “Sarah” not sure if there was a mix up but never the less we know he got the donations. ESPN has lined up its annual bevy of stars to join co-hosts LeBron James and Jimmy Kimmel at the upcoming ESPY Awards in July.
The 15th annual gala, which commemorates the past year of sports by honoring sports achievements and athletes, has added names from the worlds of film, sports, television and music to its roster of presenters. Among the names to appear will be actors Samuel L. Jackson, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Dane Cook; NFL quarterbacks Peyton Manning, Vince Young and Matt Leinart; actresses Kate Walsh of “Grey’s Anatomy” and Jamie Lynn Sigler of “The Sopranos;” and swimming star Michael Phelps.
The show will be taped at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood on July 11 and air on ESPN on July 15 @ 9/8PM CST . For the fourth year, fans will determine the winners for most of the categories through online voting.
Last year, the awards show earned its best-ever ratings with a 1.6 rating and 5 share for the ceremony.

Now being 24, i have grown to appreciate and look up to him not only as a role model , but as someone that i consider a HUGE influence of who i am today. I used to go to RAW and Smackdown as a young girl, crying over just being in the same room as him. My family would know to buy my only his merchandise for holidays and special events. To this day, people still admire me for my dedication as a fan, and my willingness to one day meet him in person. I dont even know what i would do if i did, i know someone would have to catch me when i fall, becuase i know i would be hitting the floor!”
