Dwayne Johnson continues on the the family friendly route with “Big Brave Brian” where he’s said to be circling the lead role. The novel by M. P. Robertson focuses on Brian, the bravest man in the world. His house is filled with hideous beasts: disgusting, slimy bog monsters, fearsome giants, and all manner of mysterious things that go bump in the night. But there is one thing that Brian is terrified of, and it’s in his bedroom, waiting for him to come in . . . Brian’s collection of wonderfully grotesque creatures appeals to children’s sense of fun, and his amusing, surprising fear of cleaning his room provides the perfect starting point to discuss a young child’s own fears and worries.

Come on, how can you be surprised? He’s been doing kid friendly flicks for awhile and he’s been making some great bank off of it, so why wouldn’t he continue on. He recently got cast in the lead role in “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” and will be on the big screen this November 24th in the action drama “Faster”.
