Snooki was thinking about her post-”Jersey Shore” future yesterday with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who knows a thing or two about transitioning from reality television to the big screen.

“I would love to act,” Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi said.

“I have a natural ability to make a fool of myself and not care about it which would really help me with acting I think.”

The pint-sized guidette was in New York to promote Sunday’s WrestleMania XXVII, where she’ll team up with WWE “Diva of the Decade” Trish Stratus and John Morrison in a six-person, mixed, tag-team bout.
“I throw down in the clubs, but here, I get to throw down and I don’t get in any trouble,” Snooki said of her newfound love of wrestling.

WrestleMania is the Super Bowl of the WWE and has a long tradition of attracting celebrities — Muhammad Ali, Mr. T, Yankee manager Billy Martin, Cyndi Lauper and Liberace all made appearances at the first event, held in Madison Square Garden in 1985.

The Rock made his long-awaited return to the WWE in February but, instead of wrestling, he’ll be announcing this year’s WrestleMania.

Dwayne Johnson, or The Rock, is interviewed on “Piers Morgan Tonight” this evening, and discusses wrestling, acting and more. But he also gets personal – while revealing his unique relationship with his ex-wife (and current manager). Johnson tells Piers Morgan: “When we realized that we weren’t meeting the expectation of marriage and things were falling apart…I was very fortunate I had her who had the wherewithal to say, ‘we’re going to go through this and its terrible but there’s somewhere on the other side of this that we’re going to become better.’”

“It’s so incredibly loving and seamless what we have, and the best part about it is the example we’re setting for our little girl,” said Johnson, who wouldn’t reveal the name of his new girlfriend. Watch the full interview tonight 9pmET/PT.

Piers Morgan talked to Dwayne Johnson, or The Rock as WWE fans know him, in an interview that airs tonight at 9pmET/PT. We caught up with Johnson after the sit-down for a Green Room Q&A. As for his return to the WWE and hosting Wrestlemania on Sunday: “I think it’s going to be electric…for me as an actor, to be able to host, live, 75,000 people, dream come true.” And is this a hint for things to come? “I get to kick ass, literally,” he said.

Johnson recently joined Twitter, which he says he was “reluctant to engage in” before learning more about it. But now: “I love the interaction. Sometimes I’ll sit down for two hours and just answer questions.” So what does he think of fellow Wrestlemania participant Snooki of “Jersey Shore” (and Piers Morgan)?

‘The opportunity to host 75,000 people live for four hours, that’s very special,’ he tells MTV News.
When Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson announced his intention — during a raucous appearance on “Raw” last month — to return to the world of WWE to host WrestleMania XXVII, the question for fans was whether the grappler-turned-Hollywood hotshot would get in the ring for the first time since 2004.

And in a chat with MTV News this week, Johnson made clear he’s expecting to do much more than simply emcee the event. “I’m going to take my fist and lay it across somebody’s lips and take my boot — which is a size 14, so it’s a big boot — and stick it straight up somebody’s ass,” he told us. “How about that? I say that with love!”

Which WWE stars he’ll tussle with at WrestleMania on Sunday remains to be seen. Johnson did, however, say one thing that could give us a hint. “Like with any show, like with any movie, you want to make sure the final five, 10 minutes of the show are worth every penny,” he said.
